SATCH Basketball for 2007-2008 is starting soon!

SATCH fields basketball teams to play games against private, homeschool,
public school and league teams.

--September OPEN GYM dates/times are posted on the calendar!
--Open Gyms are designed to give players, both new and returning, ample time
to learn and improve skills and be evaluated by the coaches for team
placement.  --Go to our website, and click on "Basketball" to view the calendar for

--The teams listed below are expected to be formed for the 2007-2008 season.
--Attend Open Gyms per your age (on 9/1/07) and gender.  See Calendar for
Open gym days/times per team name.


M18:  Varsity Boys 18-and-under


M16A:  Junior Varsity Boys A team 16-and-under


M16B:  Junior Varsity Boys B team 16-and-under


(For first part of September, all boys ages 15-18 or in 9th grade or higher
should attend M16A-B/M18 open gyms. After that, boys will be split out.
Please make every effort to attend the open gyms early in September.)


M14:  Junior High Boys 14-and-under


M12:  Junior High Boys 12-and-under


M10:  Elem. Boys 10-and-under


LM18:  Varsity Girls 18-and-under


LM14:  Junior High Girls 14-and-under


LM12:  Junior High Girls 12-and-under


LM10:  Elem. Girls 10-and-under





--Game/practice information for fall will be posted early September.


--Teams will be formed late September.


--Most practices start in October and are held at the Conroe Rec. Center.
--Away games held at various private schools, homeschool locations, and
league locations.
--Estimated cost to play for the entire season (October through March)
ranges from $250 to $400, depending on the age of your team.  Payment plans
available.
