Tomball Civics Club

Hello, all.

The first meeting for this year's Civics Club will take place on Friday.

At this startup meeting, we will get to know each other, determine our monthly meeting time, and start planning our actiivities for the year. Please forward this information to students in your program.

All high schoolers are welcome!

Come and join us while we study politics by being political, looking back to our Founders, and looking forward to our legacy.

Make a difference in one of the most critical election seasons of our time.

Who: Any high school student who wants to be more politically involved (younger students welcome with parent-in-attendance)

When: monthly meetings, either on a Wednesday, 1 pm or a Friday 9 am, but meeting attendance not required for participation.

Where: Tomball Bible Church: The High-School House

How much: no dues, not a class, no tuition
* Elect officers & learn protocol
* Work on campaigns
* Visit government agencies
* Research current legislation
* Discuss the U.S. Constitution & more
* Discuss political issues of the day
* Qualify for an internship *
